The Toorak/South Yarra Library was originally constructed in 1972, reflecting the movement at the time into modern architecture.
The project involved upgrades to the existing library building; improving the building services and toilets.
Works included the demolition of existing mechanical system, electrical switchboards, and lighting; and all toilet fixtures and fittings.
The upgrade provides the Library with a state-of-the-art mechanical system, switchboards, lighting and fresh painting throughout, as well as modernised toilets with new floor and wall finishes, and sanitary fixtures and fittings.
IB Projects is delighted to have teamed up with the City of Stonnington Council once again; the Toorak/South Yarra Library being our second completed project together.
