IB Projects is pleased to have partnered with BRM Projects to deliver the new office fit out on Lonsdale Street, Melbourne for KCL Law.
The project involved the fit out of the tenancies on level 4 and part of Level 3 including the supply and installation of joinery to common areas of reception , printing , break out areas, Italian Café, meeting rooms, boardroom, and complete fit out of all offices; the fit out of new shower room; partition and ceiling works; floor finishes to designated areas; supply and installation of electrical power and lighting components including an upgraded switch board and associated electrical, communication and security service works; and upgrades to hydraulic, fire and mechanical services to suit the new layout.
Final finishes work included commissioning the completed services and final builders clean upon handover.
