The Best Western at 77-79 Capel Street West Melbourne boasts an attractive option to budget accommodation and offers nearby attractions such as the Queen Victoria Market only a stone’s throw away.
The project was delivered the project under a Design and Construct contract and works involved the detailed demolition of the roof structure and internal office space of an existing building, retaining the building façade and internal structure, bringing the building back to a shell.
Following demolition, an additional two levels and car park were constructed, creating the Best Western Queen Victoria Market Hotel: a 42-room hotel across four levels. The ground floor includes a reception, kitchen, and several common areas, with the three levels above dedicated to hotel rooms.
