The Caulfield Grammar School window and façade restoration project was completed on the existing heritage listed Valentines Mansion in Malvern.
The works included the dismantling and demolition of existing slate tiles, box gutters, flashings, downpipes, other rainwater goods. This was followed by the replacement of all these components, as well as render repair of the chimneys. The project also involved civil works, including pit excavation and installation, pipe installation, landscape and backfill works and the repaving of asphalt.
