Located within the grounds of the retirement village, the construction of the Officer Clubhouse for Lifestyle Communities provides a central facility for use by all residents.
The project involved the construction of Officer Clubhouse which houses a swimming pool, gymnasium, change facilities, library, kitchen, dance floor and various multi-purpose use areas for activities and entertainment.
Externally, the Clubhouse includes a large outdoor undercover patio with BBQ facilities and outdoor fire places.
