Mayfair Display Suite

The Mayfair Display Suite located in Melbourne’s Central Business District was successfully completed under a design and construct contract.

The project included;

• Ground floor lobby upgrades including reception joinery, feature wall panelling and lighting coves;
• Fit out of the Level 18 art gallery space including curved walls, joinery and AV installations.
• The complete fit out of Level 19, including the construction of two display apartments, a sales area, gallery space and a minor refurbishment of amenities; and
• The construction of the timber roof deck and balustrading on Level 20.

Many high-end finishes including marble linings, timber veneers, mother of pearl panelling, leather joinery, Corian joinery, curved and switchable glass, light fittings and sanitary hardware were required to be imported from Malaysia and Europe.

IB Projects received a High Commendation in the 2018 AIB Professional Excellence in Building and Construction Awards; Interior Construction – Residential up to $5M Category for the Mayfair Display Suite.
