The iconic Portsea Surf Life Saving Club (PSLSC) has stood in its current position on Portsea Back Beach since 1960.
IB Projects’ redevelopment of the clubhouse provides state-of-the-art facilities for the enjoyment of all current and future members to come.
The redevelopment works included:
- The demolition of the existing PSLSC building;
- The construction of the new 2-storey PSLSC building and retaining walls;
- The installation of new drainage infrastructure including below ground SW and sewerage tanks; installation of fire booster, storage tanks, and pumps; installation of external stairs and pavements; and
- Minor alterations to the existing carpark.
