Stanhope is an eight-residence development located on the tree-lined corner of Toorak Road and Stanhope Court in South Yarra.
Spanning four levels with a secure basement car park, the development comprises a mix of full-floor and half-floor apartments. Each residence features open floorplans, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, and high-end materials and finishes, with natural light enhancing the interiors. The penthouse occupies the entire top floor, with floor-to-ceiling windows providing a 360-degree view of the surroundings.
Designed with inspiration from the nearby library, the building integrates modern materials with classic elements and is surrounded by elegantly designed gardens.
My experience delivering Stanhope by Kincrest with IBP was based upon trust and quality. The relationships formed during the construction phase of this development has lead me to work directly with IBP for my future projects.
